CENTRAL MINNESOTA CORVETTE ASSOCIATION
It’s Monday night and I am sitting at my computer thinking about all the fun runs we had this summer
and all the different country we have seen this summer.  It was definitely a very interesting summer; it
is great being involved with all of you since we always have a great time. There is always a lot of “bull”
to pass around.
I would like to thank Lynn and Carolyn for doing the fall run. It was great to see both sides of the coun-
try in WI and MN.  Those colors were bright and at peak. Once again, the food was very good too.  I
have to say I really did like the sour cream pie.   I cannot remember the town’s name but it is where
Eugene and Rick were looking at the gas pumps for $800.00. Anyway, I guess Lynn and Carolyn had an
interesting trip home on the back of a flat bed truck.  I think it was the best thing to do when you have a
flat tire at that time. I have not figured out what we should do in those situations but Erik thinks I should
drive my truck with spare parts in it.  Not a bad idea, but I do not think that is going to happen.  Maybe
we could bring some tools along to change parts or tires since we have several members with me-
chanical knowledge.
Thanks again for the great trip and I hope Mary kept the picture of Lynn and Carolyn riding to the His-
toric Anderson house in a Mustang.
In addition, thanks go out to the group who pick the ditches in our adopt hwy area.  It was not bad at all
and the club pays for your lunch.
Again, I would like to thank everybody who put a trip or an event together. It is what makes our club
fun.  Start thinking of some places for next year since there are many places to go.
Up next is the fall meeting Dec 7 at Coyote Moon Grille.  We have several items to discuss so plan on
attending.  There is great food at the Coyote Moon Grille too. The best way to get there is to take State
Hwy 23 (east) to 14th St in St Cloud.  Take a right at the lights on 14th Street and follow that road (Benton
Co Rd 8 and then Benton Co Rd 47).  It will be on your left.  If you come on Hwy 10 take the Hwy 23 exit
to Foley go east to 14th Street and take a right. Alternatively, use your GPS.  That is it for now.   Will see
you at the fall meeting.  http://www.territorygc.com/directions.asp
